UK and Ireland HEIR Network 2022 Annual Conference
The UK and Ireland HEIR Network Planning Group is delighted to announce further details of its fifteenth annual conference. The event will once again be free to join and will take place online over two mornings on Thursday 8 and Friday 9 September 2022.
The theme for this year is ‘Institutional Research in a Changing HE World’ and we will have two different stands over the two days focussing on ‘shifting student engagement’ and ‘emerging new data and institutional research themes’.
Experienced HEIR Networkers will notice a change to our traditional format this year caused by the ongoing uncertainty of the pandemic and the difficulties in planning such events. However, our programme is shaping up beautifully and we will have a range of excellent, interesting and thought-provoking speakers for you. A top keynote will kick off each morning and then we will have a number of invited speakers presenting on issues related to each of the day’s theme.
In addition, we will be hosting a poster session on day one, Thursday 8th September, where your posters will be shared amongst delegates and we will invite a few authors to present their work in some lightning talks. For further details on what’s required and when please see the information below.
Day 1: Thursday 8 September 2022 – Institutional Research in a Changing HE World: shifting student engagement
Day 2: Friday 9 September 2022 – Institutional Research in a Changing HE World: emerging new data and IR themes
